About Bachelor of Science - Information Systems
Program Description
Information systems students learn how to apply information technology to solve problems and support business decision making. Students hone their analysis skills and train on the latest technology in computer programming, systems design, computer networking and security in order to find answers to business questions fast. Students graduate with a solid understanding of the link between business operations and computer information systems. They are trained for work in today's world of information systems and prepared to envision the systems of tomorrow.
Students have the option to apply to the Five-Year Information Systems Track, where alongside their Bachelor of Science, they earn a Master of Science in Information Assurance. Students interested in this track are encouraged to begin discussion with the Information Assurance graduate directory early in their sophomore years.
