College Certificate III - Hospitality (SIT30616)

Kick-start a career in the fast growing and diverse hospitality industry. Be equipped with the skills and knowledge to be competent in a varied range of positions including food and beverage attendant, function host, restaurant host, senior bar attendant, waiter and espresso coffee machine operator. Students will acquire a range of well-developed hospitality service, sales or operational skills and sound knowledge of industry operations. Students will learn to work with independence and under limited supervision using plans, policies and procedures to guide work activities.

On completion of SIT30616 Certificate III in Hospitality, students may pursue the SIT40416 Certificate IV in Hospitality at Stanley College or other CRICOS registered training organisations.
