About Master of Science - Clinical Mental Health Counseling
The Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling is designed to prepare students for careers as mental health counselors in the community; public and private human service agencies; inpatient, partial, outpatient, and other treatment settings; business and independent practices; as well as settings that provide human service consulting. Upon completion of the degree, students are eligible to apply as a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, leading to state licensure as an LMHC.
