1-Semester Pathway - Pre-Master's (Academic Modules) in Management - Continue to Master of Science - Management - Enterprise and Innovation

The MSc Management (Enterprise and Innovation) at Swansea University will give students a theoretical understanding of the nature of entrepreneurism, the role of entrepreneurs in the economy and the operating models of entrepreneurial businesses. This programme will equip students with the skills to found, operate and grow their own business. This programme will also be relevant if students want to work in a large organization and they’re interested in entrepreneurial change.

Students will also learn about management in an interconnected global community as well as core management concepts such as managing financial resources, operations management, human resource management and marketing management to give you a solid grounding in a range of dynamic business principles.
