Program Description
The MSc in Materials Engineering provides students with a deep understanding of the field, and a range of abilities required to meet the demands of the international materials industry. Accredited by the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining (IOM3), this MSc course is informed by world class Swansea University research expertise in materials for aerospace applications and steel technology.
The students experience of the Materials Engineering MSc is defined by expert training across a range of subject areas. These include metallurgy and materials selection, modern methods for engineering design and analysis, polymers, and modern business management issues and techniques.
