Diploma of Business (090282F)

The Diploma of Business provides the core business knowledge and skills needed to move into management roles or become an entrepreneur and launch students' own company. Students will learn to research, analyze and interpret domestic and international environments so they can identify and plan business proposals.

This course teaches students the fundamentals of communication, marketing and management. The course promotes critical thinking skills that are used to create strategic business and marketing plans and identify business opportunities. The Diploma of Business consists of eight subjects, including four core subjects and four elective subjects, so students can tailor the course to fit their career goals. Upon completion, students can use their credits to enter the second year of a Bachelor of Business program.
