The BA (Hons) Studio Practice top-up degree in Make-Up & Hair Design at UCA Epsom offers students the opportunity to enhance their existing skills and/or prepare for postgraduate study in the niche field of the fashion industry.

By enrolling in this course, which covers the third year of the regular BA (Hons) Make-up & Hair Design degree, students are expected to develop and enhance their skills, keeping up with technological advancements and engaging in relevant cultural discussions. The curriculum expands students' understanding of make-up and hair for fashion to include considerations of diversity, sustainability, and various models of modernity as they apply to industries such as fashion. The course aims to both consolidate students' learning and focus on their area of specialization.

Throughout their studies, students will have the opportunity to collaborate with peers from other fashion and textiles courses on photoshoots and projects. They will receive instruction from a team of experienced academic and technical experts and have access to a range of facilities to support their creative endeavors.
