1-Term International Incorporated Masters (IIM) - Continue to Master of Laws - International Human Rights Law and Development

The Pre-Masters program is offered over one or two terms and is designed for students who do not qualify for direct entry to the masters programs at the university. This could be due to the grades achieved in their bachelor’s degree, their current qualifications not being equivalent to a United Kingdom bachelor degree, or having a different background.

Upon successful completion of the Pre-Masters program, students will continue onto their chosen postgraduate degree course at the University of Bradford.

The field of human rights and the law is experiencing significant growth, evolving and expanding in response to new developments, threats, and changes in societal thinking. It holds great importance for major global challenges such as war, terrorism, gender, migration, and climate change, and intersects significantly with impacts from science and innovation.

The LLM in Human Rights and Development is designed to provide students with an understanding of human rights in its multi-layered form, with a critical emphasis on its complementarity with development.
