2-Term International Incorporated Masters (IIM) - Continue to Master of Science - Forensic Archaeology and Crime Scene Investigation

The Pre-Masters program is offered over one or two terms and is designed for students who do not qualify for direct entry to the master’s programs at the university. This could be due to the grades achieved in their bachelor’s degree, their current qualifications not being equivalent to a United Kingdom bachelor degree, or having a different background.

After successfully completing the Pre-Masters program, students will continue onto their chosen postgraduate degree course at the University of Bradford.

Forensic Archaeology is the specialized application of archaeological techniques to the search and recovery of evidential material from crime scenes, often related to buried human remains.

This course is taught by faculty with extensive crime scene experience who regularly work on a range of operations and are at the forefront of the professional development of the discipline.

The course aims to provide students with advanced practical, analytical, and interpretative skills in forensic archaeology, training in discipline skills for careers in Forensic Archaeology and Crime Scene Investigation (CSI), and preparation for careers in non-cognate fields through emphasis on team working and application of a wide knowledge base to problem-solving.
