About Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) - Civil Engineering (H201)

Civil engineers do not just build roads, they contribute much of the built environment seen around them, including planning and developing railway networks and even helping to protect coastlines by designing sea walls and harbors.

The Civil Engineering BEng(Hons) course will develop the skills needed to become a highly skilled civil engineer. Students will work in interdisciplinary project teams on industry-based scenarios, from design briefs to real-world case studies.

Students will learn from staff active in research and consultancy. The Industrial Advisory Board will share their expertise and offer invaluable advice and networking opportunities.
