The course offers students an opportunity to study one of the world’s leading, fast-moving and dynamic industries. At Chester, students will learn about how places manage and benefit from tourism. Areas students may explore further, include destination planning, sustainable tourism, industry-related topics and issues, and how tourism businesses operate.

It’s a really competitive world in business today. Students will be equipped with much more than business knowledge. Future employers are seeking skills that students will develop. This means students leave Chester with experiences that should give them an edge at interview and in the workplace.

The combined awards are focused upon developing students' core abilities in their chosen majors, to support their distinctiveness in the workplace whilst also offering a more rounded approach to their development.
