Master of Laws - International Commercial Law

International commerce drives the global economy and, in turn, international legal practice. This University of Dundee course offers a broad range of core and optional modules across the different fields of international commercial law, from international litigation to intellectual property law to international economic law.

Students will have the opportunity to learn, discuss and debate a wide range of subjects such as the law on patents, on transnational contracts, on financial services, and on international investments.

They'll also be able to gain interdisciplinary knowledge of certain topics including natural resources law, and energy law.

From the beginning, Dundee will encourage students to think strategically about the best choice of modules to prepare them for their future career.
