Master of Science - Management and International Human Resources Management

Develop strategies to manage global challenges and opportunities facing businesses, whether it is a business that people work in, or their own business that they are looking to establish. Students will develop the knowledge to manage people, processes, systems, and operations. They will gain an in-depth understanding of contemporary business and management issues and be encouraged to critique the theories and concepts of the business and management environment.

Moreover, students will develop effective team working skills in preparing and making presentations in key areas of management. They will also improve their critical awareness and synthesis skills and apply these to problem solving. These skills will benefit them throughout their career, but particularly useful in management/leadership roles.

On top of the core Management modules, students will also learn about HR strategies and HRM with a stronger international focus. The HRM pathway on MSc Management is very popular as this is an area of business where careers are extensive. It’s also a popular area for people to move into without having studied business before.
