3-Term Pathway - International Foundation Programme in Computing, Engineering, Mathematical Sciences - Continue to Bachelor of Science (Honours) - Computer Science

The International Foundation Programme – Computing, Engineering, Mathematical Sciences enables students to understand a range of areas relating to their further degree study. These include Maths, Data Analysis, Computer Sciences, Programming and Digital Design.

The International Foundation Programme (IFP) is a level 3 foundation year that is an equivalent qualification to A levels. During students' programme they will develop subject-specific knowledge with a strong focus on improving their academic English language skills in preparation for studying at university.

Computer science is an exciting and evolving subject that affects every area of our lives. A deep understanding of computing puts students in a great position to influence the future as well as paving the way to excellent employment opportunities and well-paid careers.

Students will have access to academics who are pushing boundaries with their research. The University of Kent is an Academic Centre of Excellence in Cyber Security Research as well as being experts in programming languages and artificial intelligence.
