Master of Science - Mechanical Engineering

The University of New Haven offers an intensive program in mechanical engineering. Take advantage of hands-on study both inside and outside of the classroom with studies in thermodynamics, computer-aided engineering, advanced fluid mechanics, system vibrations, and more. Course study is enhanced through a number of interactive, state-of-the-art facilities including the instrumentation laboratory, thermo/fluids laboratory, solar testing and training laboratory, and more.

 

Students will also have the opportunity to choose between a project or thesis option to complete their program with a focus on an area of research of their choosing. Because the Graduate School at University of New Haven offers courses on a trimester schedule, students can complete the Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering in as little as one year. They will also enjoy small, personalized classes with an average of 15 students per class.
