About Master of Arts - Educational Psychology - K-12 Teaching and Learning

The Master of Arts (MA) in Educational Psychology is designed to give students a broad and critical perspective on the psychological factors affecting individuals in educational settings and other learning situations throughout the life span. Through convenient access to coursework.

Students will engage in:
  • A research-based curriculum covering basic concepts and theories in psychology as they relate to learning and instruction.
  • An integrated sequence of courses and other learning experiences provides a sound basis for understanding the connection between teaching, learning, human development, and assessment.
The degree can be completed in 4 semesters, courses are offered in physical classrooms or online, and the GRE (Graduate Record Exam) is not required to apply. Beyond the core required credits, students can tailor their coursework to meet the goals through elective credits. Even in the core credits, there are options for course work based on the professional goals.
