About Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) - Electronic Engineering (H612)

Electronic engineers design, develop, test, and oversee the creation of anything from drones and electric cars to the technology in smartphones, sat navs and systems in hospitals.

Our course offers them many different ways to develop their understanding of electronics. They'll work on lab-based projects, work individually and in small teams. They'll learn to project manage and bring their technical knowledge to problem solve different situations.

With the ever-changing developments in technology, they will graduate with the confidence to create, understand and develop electrical control systems of the future.

All our electrical and electronic courses have the same content in year one and two so by year three, they can choose to specialize in the topics that interest them.

As a BEng graduate, there are many options available to them. They can choose to register with the Engineering Council as an Incorporated Engineer or progress to Chartered Engineer status.

Our course will give them with the required engineering expertise for either a career in industry or in a variety of other professions.
