About Master of Science - Food Production Management

Food production management is an excitement and challenge awaits. The merging of food sciences with the art of management creates a unique opportunity for graduates in science and engineering to embark on a career in the food industry. Through this course, one will gain knowledge in food processing, quality assurance, and the development of new products. Additionally, essential management skills such as supply chain planning and quality management will be honed.

Throughout the course, students will have the chance to explore various facets of the industry through factory visits, case studies, and insights from guest speakers. Real-world industry problems will be tackled in a problem-based learning module, where students will work on a new product development project based on industry briefs.
