2-Semester Pathway - First Year in Marine & Ocean - Continue to Bachelor of Science (Honours) - Ocean Exploration and Surveying

Students will be ready to jump straight into the first year of their Oceanography, Ocean Exploration or Ocean Science degree. They will benefit from extra support with study skills, and they will learn how to adapt to the United Kingdom educational system. Graduates will learn to collect and analyze data from the marine environment. The next step is to evaluate this data to better understand the complex ecosystems in oceans.

The Bachelor of Science in Ocean Exploration and Surveying graduates will explore offshore and environmental surveying, marine remote sensing, oceanography, underwater acoustics, digital mapping and geographical information systems. A focus on the practical application of survey technology to the marine environment gives them highly sought after skills in hydrographic surveying, mapping, measurement and visualization of the seafloor and underlying geology.
