2-Term Pathway - Pre-Masters Program - Business and economics - Continue to Master of Science - International Human Resource and Management

The Pre-Master program is designed to prepare international students who have completed a Bachelor’s degree for entry to postgraduate studies at the University of Reading. If students successfully complete the Pre-Master’s Program to the required level of attainment in all academic areas and achieve the necessary English language score, they will have the opportunity to progress onto a place in a suitable postgraduate study program.

The International Human Resource Management Masters program combines theory and practice to prepare students to work as Human Resource Management (HRM) professionals or people managers within international organizations. Students will receive a foundation in international HRM, focusing on its evolution into a strategic function within global organizations. They will develop an understanding of various aspects of HRM practice, including training and development, recruitment and selection, talent management, and performance management. This MSc course equips students with a range of analytical, diagnostic, and facilitative tools to support their future work. A research-based project must be completed in the summer term.
