4-Term Pathway - Undergraduate Foundation Program - Business - Bachelor of Arts (Honours) - Accounting and Management

At ONCAMPUS Reading, students are given the opportunity to prepare for degree study and are guaranteed progression to a variety of undergraduate degrees at the University of Reading. The program is specifically designed for international students who have completed senior secondary education, aiming to ready them for entry into undergraduate studies at the University of Reading. Successful completion of the University Foundation Program, meeting the required level of attainment in all academic areas and achieving the necessary English language score, will automatically qualify students for placement in an appropriate undergraduate program at the University of Reading. The University Foundation Program is set at NQF level 3, equivalent to A level standard in the United Kingdom.

Most programs span one academic year, divided into three terms of seven to eight teaching weeks each, followed by one examination week. Students typically engage in 21 (and up to 25) hours of classroom-based study per week.

This multidisciplinary degree provides a solid foundation in accounting disciplines and a comprehensive understanding of business management. Students will explore various issues from both perspectives, emphasizing international aspects. Certain modules within this degree are accredited by professional bodies such as the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), and the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).
