About 3-Semester Pathway - Pre-Master's Programme with Pre-Sessional English - Master of Science - Cyber Security
The Level 6 Pre-Master’s Program is designed to prepare international students for postgraduate study in the United Kingdom. The program will allow students to improve their English while learning the study skills and research methods that they will need during their Master’s degree studies.
The duration of the Level 6 program is two semesters. Each semester consists of a minimum of 13 teaching weeks. Students will be expected to timetable self-study hours in addition to the classroom-based hours. Each module will have an assessment schedule, which will be completed by the end of the appropriate semester. Assessments will be designed to demonstrate learning across the individual modules of the program and to allow candidates to experience a wide range of the assessment methods used in United Kingdom postgraduate program.
Cyber security is critically important to commercial and academic organizations, as well as to governments and the public. There is currently a global shortage of experts in this field, and demand for their skills is growing significantly. The Master of Science in cyber security offers a multi-disciplinary approach, covering both technical and non-technical subjects, to give them a well-rounded collection of skills that will make them attractive to future employers.
