Program Description
This program consists of a pathway program offered by StudyGroup at the International Study Centre for the University of Strathclyde followed by entry into a university program offered at the University of Strathclyde. Advancement into the intended program depends upon the successful completion of the pathway program.
The Pre-Masters in Business and Social Sciences will introduce students to the world of business and the application/theory of social science in everyday life. They will learn about the different political systems around the world and begin to understand how international issues are connected.
Teaching is undoubtedly one of the most rewarding careers students can pursue – they'll shape the minds of tomorrow!
This course will provide the theoretical and practical starting point to a teaching career. Students will acquire the skills, attitudes and competencies to communicate in the classroom.
This course is a professional training course which qualifies students to teach primary education. The qualification is recognised throughout the world and is regulated by the:
- General Teaching Council for Scotland (GTCS)
- Scottish Government
