About 3.5-Term Undergraduate Foundation Programme - Humanities and Social Sciences
The Undergraduate Foundation Program is a one-year (3 term) program that offers successful students guaranteed progression to the University of Sunderland. They will study their Foundation program at the University's state-of-the-art Centre located at the heart of the University of Sunderland City campus.
This program includes three academic subject modules. English will be integrated into the teaching of academic subjects, as well as being taught separately if learners need additional support to develop their English language.
There are four academic pathways to choose from and applicants will study the pathway most suited to their chosen progression degree. Academic skills relevant to the specific subject area will be taught to fully prepare they for university study. The pathways are: Business, Economics, Finance and Management, Engineering and Sciences, Humanities, Law and Social Sciences and Life Sciences.
