Program Description
This program consists of a pathway program offered by StudyGroup at the International Study Centre at the University of Sussex followed by entry into a university program offered at the University of Sussex. In your International Foundation Year, you will study courses related to your intended field of study alongside English to develop and enhance your skills as a student. Advancement into your intended program depends upon the successful completion of the pathway program.
In the International Foundation Year in Sciences & Engineering, you will explore and begin to understand the power of engineering and science in the real world. While you begin to learn the technical aspects of your desired degree program you will also be provided with a critical outlook and approach employers want in your chosen field.
Studying Biomedical Science at Sussex, you develop the knowledge and practical skills to tackle human diagnosis, disease and treatment.
You learn from a range of experts – from those at the forefront of genetics research into cancer treatments to NHS Trust and Brighton and Sussex Medical School (BSMS) faculty.
