2-Term Pathway - International Year One in Business - Continue to Bachelor of Arts (Honours) - Accounting and Finance

Program Description

If students have completed high school with good grades but don’t qualify for entry to an undergraduate degree, they could study an International Year One, which combines university preparation with degree 1st year.

This BA(Hons) Accounting and Finance will provide students with the key knowledge and skills to access a wide range of career opportunities, as well as a variety of specialist options. The students learning will be driven by real-world practice and current market innovations, giving them an excellent foundation for their future career. Students will develop technical skills in key aspects of accounting and finance, and practice applying these in authentic contexts. Students will gain core professional skills in sessions led by employers drawn from the strong business partnerships.

In UWE Bristol's Bloomberg Trading Suite, students will explore and apply real-time financial data, and can gain the industry-recognised Bloomberg Certificate.
