Master of Law - Commercial Law (M34A12)

University of the West of England's LLM courses are designed to encourage critical analysis of relevant legal issues with a breadth of knowledge that will make students stand out as a specialist in their chosen area of law.

Part of the University of the West of England's comprehensive range of postgraduate LLM programmes, the LLM in Commercial Law offers students a specialist pathway for in-depth study in law relating to business.

Designed to give students a broad, contextual and critical understanding of the area of commercial law, the course covers the operation of judicial, legislative and administrative action in relevant domestic, European and international contexts. Students will be working at the leading edge of scholarship in this field, giving them an advantage when seeking employment either in legal practice or the commercial world.

Pursuing an LLM enables students to focus in on a particular area of law by delving deep into the subject and undertaking independent research and learning. The modules available on the LLMs cover a diverse range of legal topics, making it possible to tailor the course towards the specific areas of law students wish to pursue further.
