About Master of Arts - Psychology - Industrial-Organizational

University of West Florida, students will be mentored by accessible and supportive faculty with extensive clinical, consulting and research experience. The affordable, intensive face-to-face instruction provides students with individualized attention.

Students will learn the science of psychology and evidence-based practice, gaining expertise in research methodology, statistics and critical thinking. University of West Florida will show students how to apply psychological science in service of individuals, families, groups and communities.

This program provides an in-depth study of human behavior. Students will explore the core foundations of the bases of behavior: biological, social, acquired and individual.

This top-ranking program focuses on applied projects and internships. This program draws from a wide variety of undergraduate backgrounds. Students have interned in a wide variety of settings such as health care, research laboratories, the military, banking, entertainment, education and nonprofit organizations. Classes are predominantly in-person, synchronous, and highly interactive. Graduates hold positions in corporate HR, consulting firms, government and research institutions, or pursue doctoral study in psychology or a related field.
