Thebeautiful heritage building features a spacious modern teaching kitchen, culinary theatre and a 60-seat dining room. Students will research and plan menus for buffets, banquets, festivals and other events that they and their team will put on throughout the year. Distinctive ingredients that students help choose will need special culinary touches, and they will learn the techniques they need to bring them to mouth-watering reality.
Students can help host some of Brandon’s best annual events, including Harvest on the Hill, the Holiday Buffet, the International Wine and Food Festival and the Great Grey Owl Restaurant.
