Bachelor of Science (Honours) Psychology and Criminology

The BSc (Hons) Psychology and Criminology offers an excellent grounding in two broad and related disciplines. Building on the strength of our accredited psychology degree, this new course provides students with the understanding of how individuals are shaped by biology and social settings, and they will be able to articulate this within the context of crime and societal change.

In psychology, students will study processes underpinning thinking, reasoning, and social interactions. In criminology, they will learn about the role of criminal justice theory, theories of crime and how these relate to policy and practice.

Students will have access to global exchange and volunteering opportunities throughout their studies to enhance their CV and maximise their career prospects.

Students will also have access to a suite of facilities and labs including a Tobii eye tracker, Biosemi EEG, and Crime House.​​
