About Bachelor of Arts (Honours) - Business Law and Management
The degree in Business Law and Management at Cardiff Met is recognised by the Institute of Legal Secretaries and PAs (ILSPA) and the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC), and will enable students to develop a customisable skill-set while still fulfilling the specific requirements of a specialist legal career.
With the BA (Hons) Business Law and Management degree, the hope is to broaden students horizons beyond the traditional professions of solicitors and barristers to embrace other legal professional roles, such as Paralegal, Legal Secretary, Probate Technician and Probate Practitioner. Students will put legal theory to practice in the purpose-built mock courtroom and develop their knowledge and employability in the fields of business and management.
The aim is to create an open, supportive, and intellectually stimulating environment which will enable students to investigate the interrelation of law and business through modules designed in line with the needs of industry.
