Master of Architecture - Architecture (2-Year Path)

The Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) The program is the professional graduate program leading to the National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB)—the educational credentials needed for licensure as a registered, practicing architect. The program is designed as: 

The M.Arch. The curriculum of study is composed of design studios, lecture classes, thesis development classes, and electives. The culmination of the M.Arch studies is the Master’s Thesis Project. This final exercise is a synthesis of a student's specific focus and individual interests, with the knowledge, experiences, and skills gained in the graduate experience.

This National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB) accredited Master of Architecture degree (4 +2) for students with the FAMU B.S. in Architectural Studies or equivalent degree. The Division of Architecture in the SAET is a Limited Access Program (space is limited) and additional admission exercises required. Not everyone meeting minimum requirements will be able to enroll.
