College Certificate III - Commercial Cookery (SIT30816)

The Imagine Education’s Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, students will spend 40-weeks of quality practical training in the state-of-the-art commercial kitchens in the Gold Coast and in Brisbane. This will be complimented with in-depth theory work delivered by highly-qualified and dedicated trainers.

Students will complete 48 service periods in a commercial kitchen and master a variety of food and preparation techniques, opening up a world of opportunity to start their career in commercial cookery. Once students have graduated, they may wish to further their study by moving on to a higher qualification, or take the skills they have learnt and start their dream career.
