Bachelor of Science - Marketing and Advertising

Students will explore marketing analysis, strategy and communications, international selling, consumer behavior, brand design and so much more. The experienced faculty and business partners will also work with students to build their own customized career path for them to pursue what interests them most.

Opportunities exist for internships, studying abroad or joining the award-winning ADTEAM. Students can also gain real-world experience with the Directed Experiential Education (DEE) projects, where students provide consultation for real companies to create new marketing campaigns.

When students graduate, they’ll be prepared for professional marketing positions in disciplines such as product development, digital marketing, sales management, consumer research, social media marketing, brand management and marketing analytics. Students options are as endless as their creativity.

The Marketing & Advertising bachelor's degree program prepares students for careers in a variety of managerial and professional positions in the marketing and advertising industry. Students learn general brand marketing concepts and various functional specialties in fields such as advertising campaigns, digital marketing, market research and creative strategy. As part of the program, students are offered the opportunity to develop expertise in content creation, marketing analytics, consumer behavior, integrated marketing communications, brand marketing, professional selling, international marketing, and marketing technologies such as data-driven marketing, digital media planning and search engine marketing.
