About Bachelor of Arts (Honours) - Film Business and Production
- This course offers the opportunity to collaborate with fellow students from the Filmmaking degree, forming a creative community to produce and distribute screen and film content. This collaborative approach allows participation in a production team, learning together to deliver bespoke productions.
Industry experts and experienced lecturers will guide and mentor throughout the course. Real-world assessments, including reflective diaries, portfolios, presentations, and short filmed outcomes, will help develop practical skills, theoretical knowledge, and a creative entrepreneurial mindset—essential skills for success in the industry.
Core modules will provide key attributes needed for the profession, while optional modules allow skill development in specialized areas. These modules cover a wide range of topics related to the chosen specialism.
Upon completion, graduates will be equipped for various roles in the film and television industry, including post-production supervisor, production assistant, production coordinator, and executive producer.
