Program Description
Students take the first step toward a career as a retail store or merchandise manager by getting in depth training in principles of retail operations. Learn buying, marketing, merchandising, inventory control and personnel and finance management.
The Associate in Applied Arts and Sciences degree is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills in Retail Management to enter the workforce directly upon completion of the degree. Shoreline Community College works closely with local advisory committees comprised of industry professionals to ensure students receive the knowledge and skills currently in demand by employers in the field.
