Bachelor of Arts (Honours) - Acting

Program Description

The BA (Hons) Acting degree will put students on track for a successful career on stage and screen. The course is for emerging performers interested in developing not only their practical skills, but also their research and critical thinking skills.

Students will have the opportunity to develop as an actor through engagement with a range of practical and theoretical modules. 

The course also offers optional routes in a range of performance specialisms, including applied drama, contemporary theatre, and acting for stage and screen. 

The staff team currently includes experienced directors and producers for both stage and screen, applied theatre practitioners, and experts in actor training and physical theatre.

The department is a vibrant, close-knit and supportive community of performers and practitioners, working in the excellent facilities at the Kingsway Campus.
