3-Terms Pathway - Undergraduate Foundation Programme - Business - Bachelor of Arts (Hons) - Creative Writing and English

The Undergraduate Foundation Program offers successful applicants guaranteed progression to Year 1 of University of Hull's wide range of undergraduate degrees or the International Year One in Business and Management or Engineering.

This program is designed to prepare international students, who have completed senior secondary education, for entry to undergraduate studies at the University of Hull. All those who successfully complete the Undergraduate Foundation Program (UFP) are guaranteed placement on a suitable program of undergraduate study at the University of Hull.

Graduates in the Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing and English will hone their writing craft through practical workshops and seminar discussions. They will develop their core skills in characterization, storytelling and creating a sense of place. And students will experiment with different genres and forms. From fantasy and science fiction, to scriptwriting and short stories, to poetry and non-fiction.
