3.5-Term Pathway - Undergraduate Foundation Program - Life Sciences - Bachelor of Science (Honours) - Pharmaceutical Chemistry

Students attending ONCAMPUS Reading are given the opportunity to prepare for undergraduate studies. Upon successful completion of the University Foundation Program, attaining the required academic and English language proficiency, they automatically progress to an undergraduate program at the University of Reading. This program is designed for international students who have completed senior secondary education. The University Foundation Program is equivalent to A-level standard in the United Kingdom, classified at NQF level 3.

Typically, most programs span one academic year, divided into three terms. Each term comprises seven to eight teaching weeks and an examination week. Students generally engage in approximately 21 to 25 hours of classroom study weekly.

The Pharmaceutical Chemistry degree, developed in collaboration with industrial partners, aims to produce high-quality graduates for the pharmaceutical sector, a field that employs a substantial workforce of 67,000 in the United Kingdom and contributes £30.4 billion annually to the national economy.
