3-Term Pathway - Undergraduate Foundation Program - Art & Design - Continue to Bachelor of Arts (Honours) - Fine Art (3 year program)

At ONCAMPUS Reading, students are given the opportunity to prepare for degree study with guaranteed progression to a variety of undergraduate degrees at the University of Reading. The program is specifically designed for international students who have completed senior secondary education and are looking to enter undergraduate studies at the University of Reading. Upon successful completion of the University Foundation Program with the required level of attainment in all academic areas and the necessary English language score, students will automatically advance to a suitable undergraduate program at the University of Reading. The University Foundation Program is set at NQF level 3, which is equivalent to A level standard in the United Kingdom.

Most programs last for one academic year, divided into three terms consisting of seven to eight teaching weeks and one examination week. Students can expect to engage in 21 (and up to 25) hours of classroom-based study per week on average.

Throughout this three-year course, students will have the opportunity to explore various subjects and media, including painting, sculpture (such as welding and casting), printmaking, and digital media. By combining practical experience with critical reflection, students will be able to develop, articulate, and sustain their own creative practice.
