Program Description

At ONCAMPUS Reading students will prepare for degree study with the opportunity for guaranteed progression to a range of undergraduate degrees at the University of Reading.

This programme is designed to prepare international students, who have completed senior secondary education, for entry to undergraduate studies at the University of Reading. If students successfully complete the UFP to the required level of attainment in all academic areas and achieve the required English language score, students will have the opportunity to automatically progress onto a place on a suitable programme of undergraduate study at the University of Reading. The UFP is set at NQF level 3, which is equivalent to A level standard in the UK. 

Most of the programmes last one academic year (nine months). The year is divided into three terms of seven to eight teaching weeks and one examination week. On average, students will undertake 21 (and up to 25) hours of classroom-based study per week.
