2-Semester Pathway - Pre-Masters - Engineering - Continue to Master of Science - Civil Engineering

This program consists of a pathway program offered by StudyGroup at the University of Surrey International Study Centre followed by entry into a university program offered at the University of Surrey. In the Pre-Masters program students will study courses related to their intended field of study alongside English to develop and enhance their skills as a student. Advancement into the intended program depends upon successful completion of the pathway program.

The Engineering Pre-Masters program provides the subject knowledge, language proficiency and study skills students need to progress to postgraduate degree study in a related field at the University of Surrey. During the program students will study a core unit of general subject skills and subject-specific units, which are carefully designed for their academic development.

Upon completion of the pathway portion of this program, students will enter the Civil Engineering program at the University of Surrey. They will be introduced to a variety of transferable skills, and will study several different topics such as water and environmental engineering, as well as advanced geotechnical engineering. The skills students learn at the University of Surrey will help them become an inspired global professional.
