About Bachelor of Arts - Psychological Science
The Department of Psychological Science at UVM offers the best of both worlds. The faculty conduct cutting-edge research while mentoring students in the lab and in community-based internships. The result is a blend of practical experience and intellectual intimacy that is rare at the university level.
The B.A. option is primarily designed for students who are interested in becoming a practitioner working in an applied setting such as a counselor, therapist, or social worker. The degree is also a good framework for careers in medicine, research, neuroscience, law and business.
