Program Description
After completing Western Engineering’s Common First Year, students can enrol in the Mechatronic Systems Engineering program.Throughout the program, students take core courses in Electrical and Computer Engineering (including basic circuit theory, computer design, software design, embedded computing and control systems) as well as core courses in Mechanical and Materials Engineering (including dynamics, material properties, machine design, and thermodynamics).
NOTE: Please note the English scores listed are minimum requirements. Meeting the minimums does not guarantee admission. Students with low English scores may be admitted to the English BOOST Program, a 9 week training program for conditional admission to their chosen program.
