The Academic Accelerator Program (AAP) is a well-rounded first-year program designed for international students with strong English-language skills. It complements immersive classes taught in English with appropriate support tailored to individual needs.

Management is the process of efficiently and effectively completing activities with and through others. Planning, organizing, staffing, directing, coordinating, reporting, and budgeting are all crucial elements of organizational management. By studying management, individuals can delve into various aspects of organizational behavior, human resources, and industrial and labor relations. Specializations in general management, human resource management, or entrepreneurship are available for further exploration.

The Human Resource Management (HRM) Concentration requires students to complete nine hours of advanced courses focused on human resources, such as Employee Selection & Placement, Compensation Administration, and Legal Issues in HRM, along with six hours of elective courses.
