International direct admission to Louisiana State University (LSU) is available for international students who possess advanced English-language skills. Management is the process of efficiently and effectively completing activities with and through others. Key components of this process include planning, organizing, staffing, directing, coordinating, reporting, and budgeting. By studying management, students can explore various aspects of organizational behavior, human resources, and industrial and labor relations. Specializations in general management, human resource management, or entrepreneurship are available for further focus.

The Human Resource Management (HRM) Concentration requires students to complete nine hours of advanced classes focused on human resources, such as Employee Selection & Placement, Compensation Administration, and Legal Issues in HRM, in addition to six hours of elective courses.
