The curriculum in plant and soil systems at LSU combines the disciplines of agronomy, entomology, horticulture, plant pathology, and crop physiology. Students in this program will take core courses to build a foundational knowledge necessary for specialization in one of nine areas of concentration, including Agricultural Pest Management (Entomology), Crop Science, Horticultural Sciences, Soil Science, Sustainable Production Systems, Turf and Landscape Management, Urban Entomology, and Crop Science.
