About Bachelor of Science - Environmental Science
Students can make a positive mark on the world by studying issues related to climate change, environmental protection, mitigation and management, and environmental policies. Graduates can influence stakeholders with their knowledge of the physical, biological, and chemical environment and the application and development of solutions for environmental problems. Graduates of this program are eligible to register as a professional agrologist.
The Work Experience (WE) component is one of the strengths of the degree program in Environmental Science. These two, employer-paid, four-month work terms give students an opportunity to gain real world experience, make industry contacts and apply classroom theory on the job.
