At the University of Findlay, students can earn Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Management Emphasis​. The required courses ensure a variety of experiences. Students will engage in individual leadership and emotional intelligence assessments, case analyses, research projects, team-based active learning projects and guest speakers, in addition to traditional classroom activities and discussions. This major places a strong emphasis on written and oral communication skills, teamwork and personal initiative. 

Internships are encouraged throughout the program in order to gain practical experience and professional networking. Findlay's management students are prepared to pursue careers as a(n): chief executive officer, executive director, general manager, district sales manager, marketing manager, and account manager.
