3-Term Pathway - Undergraduate Foundation Program - Business - Bachelor of Science (Honours) - Business Economics

At ONCAMPUS Reading, students are provided with the opportunity to prepare for degree study and guaranteed progression to a variety of undergraduate degrees at the University of Reading. The program is specifically designed for international students who have completed senior secondary education, aiming to prepare them for entry into undergraduate studies at the University of Reading. Successful completion of the University Foundation Program, meeting the required level of attainment in all academic areas and achieving the necessary English language score, will automatically qualify students for progression onto an undergraduate program at the University of Reading. The University Foundation Program is set at NQF level 3, equivalent to A level standard in the United Kingdom.

Most programs last for one academic year, divided into three terms of seven to eight teaching weeks and one examination week. Students can expect to engage in 21 to 25 hours of classroom-based study per week on average.

The BSc Business Economics degree program focuses on developing specialist knowledge in business economics. In the initial two years, students will cover core modules similar to those in the BSc Economics program, ensuring the acquisition of skills and knowledge necessary for a career as an economist. The final two years will delve deeper into specialized knowledge of business economics.
